Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles.
- Demonstrated success in month-end close and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or CPA eligibility (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Execute and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances.
- Record and reconcile commission accruals.
- Support month-end close process across assigned entities.
- Prepare monthly analytical flux and variance analyses.
- Ensure financial data compliance with GAAP.
- Assist with consolidation and regional reporting.
- Support ERP system maintenance and process improvements.
