Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, process improvement, or solutions engineering.
- Strong fluency with consumer and enterprise AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Ability to design effective prompts and multi-step AI workflows.
- Comfort configuring solutions within low-code/no-code platforms including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint.
- Working understanding of API concepts, JSON, and structured data formats.
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear language for non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build credibility.
- Self-directed work style and ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent engagements.
- Demonstrated track record of self-directed learning regarding emerging AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Embed with business teams to observe workflows, elicit requirements, and identify high-value AI use cases.
- Design and build AI-based solutions within approved platforms like Claude Projects and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries and structured workflows tailored to specific business processes.
- Configure Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio agents to extend AI capabilities.
- Conduct discovery sessions to translate non-technical problem statements into actionable implementation plans.
- Pilot, iterate, and refine AI solutions in partnership with business owners.
- Document delivered solutions for end-user handoff and replication.
- Partner with the AI Enablement Program Manager to convert successful engagements into reusable patterns.
- Surface platform gaps, governance concerns, and feature requests to leadership.
