Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related technical builder role
- Experience building and shipping software, internal tools, or AI-powered systems end-to-end
- Proven track record defining, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI applications
- Experience owning both product and technical decisions
- Strong product management skills including prioritization and requirements definition
- Ability to design systems integrating AI models and operational workflows
- Strong debugging, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Define business problems, success metrics, and operational requirements for internal AI systems
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, complexity, and business value
- Translate ambiguous operational needs into structured requirements and scalable solutions
- Break initiatives into iterative milestones and manage delivery from concept through deployment
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal AI-powered tools and workflows
- Develop systems that integrate AI models, data sources, automation, and operational workflows
- Own ongoing optimization, performance improvements, and operational support post-launch
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and align technical solutions
