Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong technical skills related to campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and data.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
- Native Russian speaker.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- German proficiency is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to validate growth and marketing hypotheses.
- Quickly develop basic ad creatives and copy, either independently using AI tools or together with the creative team.
- Build media plans, forecasts, and funnel projections.
- Launch campaigns aligned with test objectives and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and integration setup across marketing systems.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data.
- Collaborate with the PMM to formulate and prioritize new hypotheses.
- Manage multiple experiments and campaigns simultaneously.
- Document and present test results in a clear and structured format.
- Manage testing budgets responsibly and transparently.
