Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong technical skills related to campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and data.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Native Russian speaker.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • German proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to validate growth and marketing hypotheses.
  • Quickly develop basic ad creatives and copy, either independently using AI tools or together with the creative team.
  • Build media plans, forecasts, and funnel projections.
  • Launch campaigns aligned with test objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and integration setup across marketing systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data.
  • Collaborate with the PMM to formulate and prioritize new hypotheses.
  • Manage multiple experiments and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Document and present test results in a clear and structured format.
  • Manage testing budgets responsibly and transparently.
