Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools (AWS Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Python or other programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted applications (AWS or Azure).
  • Experience with version control and functional testing.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle).
  • Experience creating technical documentation.
  • Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to understand products and processes.
  • Provide technical support and manage incidents via the internal management system.
  • Enhance incident intake, tracking, reporting, and knowledge capture workflows.
  • Participate in testing and process improvement for service workflows and internal tools.
  • Experiment with AI and automation tools to improve team productivity and reporting.
  • Support account management activities including material preparation and customer engagement tracking.
  • Participate in customer success planning, account reviews, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting.
  • Analyze source system data to identify and resolve data quality issues.
