Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
- Strong experience across Latin America markets.
- US-educated or strong exposure to U.S. academic/professional environments.
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and deal analysis.
- Proven track record executing deals end-to-end.
- Fluent English and Spanish (full bilingual proficiency).
- Venezuelan background is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end investment processes, including underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and execution.
- Build and maintain complex financial models (valuation, cash flow, scenario analysis).
- Evaluate investment opportunities across real economy sectors.
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis.
- Support structuring of transactions and investment vehicles.
- Participate in negotiations and closing processes.
- Prepare investment memos and materials for decision-making.
- Work closely with portfolio company operators to drive performance and value creation.
- Monitor financial and operational performance post-investment.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and investment materials for stakeholders and investors.
- Support fundraising efforts and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s investment strategy.
