- Strong track record of people management and coaching.

- Experience in a regulated and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Fraud & Disputes Risk team.
- Act as a member of the Fraud & Disputes Group Leadership Team.
- Build trusted relationships across Fraud Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations.
- Embed effective fraud controls and processes.
- Create a positive culture across the Fraud Group.
- Manage fraud strategies across all product lines (personal, business, borrowing, wealth).
- Employ innovative technologies to develop prevention-first fraud tools.
