- Proven track record of working with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Expertise in fraud management strategy and technology implementation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and self-serve for insights.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Fraud & Disputes Risk team and serve as part of the Fraud & Disputes Group Leadership Team.
- Build and embed effective fraud controls and processes across all product lines.
- Develop and implement prevention-first fraud strategies using latest technology.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
- Influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Identify and respond to emerging fraud trends and risks.
