Requirements
- 3+ months of ABA clinical experience or relevant training as an RBT
- 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, high-volume customer intake, or enrollment advising
- Experience managing a CRM sales funnel (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build trust over the phone
- Attention to detail for medical records and insurance forms
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools
- Availability to work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inbound/outbound call, SMS, and email cadences
- Qualify inquiring families and minimize speed-to-lead times
- Convert leads by nurturing families through the CRM pipeline
- Book initial clinical orientations and assessments
- Review insurance eligibility and articulate ABA benefits
- Secure initial insurance assessment authorizations
- Process technical document workflows including medical records
