Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Spanish-English bilingual fluency
  • Customer service experience (0-1 year)
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Determine priorities and dispatch responses
  • Provide compassionate customer support
  • Monitor medical alerts and alarms
  • Record call details and dispatches into a database
  • Communicate with empathy and respect
  • Verify and update customer information
  • Troubleshoot alarm systems
  • Recommend preventative healthcare services
  • Talk and type simultaneously across multiple screens
