Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Spanish-English bilingual fluency
- Customer service experience (0-1 year)
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls
- Determine priorities and dispatch responses
- Provide compassionate customer support
- Monitor medical alerts and alarms
- Record call details and dispatches into a database
- Communicate with empathy and respect
- Verify and update customer information
- Troubleshoot alarm systems
- Recommend preventative healthcare services
- Talk and type simultaneously across multiple screens
