Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role at a SaaS company.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with web technologies and web SDK integrations.
- Familiarity with mobile technologies and mobile SDK integrations (iOS / Android).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and professional-level English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients.
- Scope and run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit.
- Guide clients through SDK and API integrations end-to-end.
- Coordinate with Engineering on escalations and own delivery milestones.
- Act as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and resolve issues.
