Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years related experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite or other similar ERP.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Verify and post customer payments (check, ACH, wire, credit card).
- Review orders on finance hold and communicate with sales teams to resolve.
- Process credit applications and recommend credit limits.
- Gather and review resale certificates and monitor expiration dates.
- Monitor open AR and send collection emails for past due balances.
- Prepare weekly AR Aging report.
- Process credit memos for customer returns.
- Complete month end closing tasks including accruals & reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly sales tax filing.
