Requirements
- 7+ years in compliance and customer trust, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools
- Deep hands-on experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
- Experience using compliance automation tools like Vanta or Drata
- Ability to work fluidly with engineering, legal, and customers
- Comfort operating with significant independence
- Pragmatic approach to risk management
- Comfort navigating technical systems
Responsibilities
- Operate and extend Linear's compliance program end-to-end
- Maintain and mature SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and relevant certifications
- Primary point of contact for security questionnaires and customer trust reviews
- Run risk management program for product, infrastructure, and vendors
- Partner with engineering to embed compliance controls
- Manage third-party risk program and supply chain security/privacy
- Scale the GRC function with automation
