Requirements
- Proven experience running B2B cold email campaigns end-to-end.
- Deep technical understanding of deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and tracking.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
- Exceptional cold email copywriting skills.
- Proven track record of generating booked calls or qualified sales opportunities.
- Ability to provide transparent reporting and data-backed recommendations.
- Capability to absorb software/tooling overhead within the fee.
- Ability to execute initial data scraping and domain setup.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine ICPs for AI consulting and audit offers.
- Build and segment B2B prospect lists using automated pipelines.
- Manage deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, and warmup.
- Write hyper-targeted cold email copy.
- Set up, launch, and manage email sequences.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ICPs, offers, and messaging.
- Provide clear, data-backed reporting and optimization recommendations.
