- Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X advertising platforms.
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools such as Publer.
- Experience managing multiple clients, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies for client audience growth and lead generation.
- Manage organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and maintain content calendars aligned with client marketing initiatives.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign KPIs and prepare performance insights for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Embrace AI-powered tools and automation for improved campaign scalability.
