  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X advertising platforms.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools such as Publer.
  • Experience managing multiple clients, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies for client audience growth and lead generation.
  • Manage organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and maintain content calendars aligned with client marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and prepare performance insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Embrace AI-powered tools and automation for improved campaign scalability.
