Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple accounts.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Demonstrated experience with paid social advertising strategies and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Proficient in social media management tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling copy.
- Proven ability to translate complex B2B technology concepts into engaging social media narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple client accounts to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and user engagement to continuously optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with other social media users, potential customers, and industry professionals on behalf of clients to build community and brand presence.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights, tracking website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and other KPIs.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget oversight, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital voice.
