Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event management, tradeshow coordination, or field marketing.
- Proven track record managing six-figure event budgets.
- Expertise in end-to-end tradeshow logistics including vendor contracting and warehouse shipping.
- Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple simultaneous events.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency or ability to learn Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Familiarity with event metrics and lead capture/pipeline reporting.
- Comfort with 30-40% domestic travel requirements.
- Brand sensibility with a creative eye for booth activations and marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
- Manage six-figure annual tradeshow budget and logistics.
- Deliver 20-30 events per year ranging from large national shows to regional activations.
- Own full lifecycle: booth design, vendor management, shipping, staffing, and teardown.
- Manage tradeshow-adjacent networking events and receptions.
- Coordinate booth staffing with sales teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure timely lead capture and post-show follow-up processes.
- Report on event metrics and business impact.
- Maintain operational event playbooks and SOPs.
