Requirements
- Board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
- Direct people management experience (e.g., medical director, chief residency, or fellowship).
- Experience supervising nurse practitioners and a prescribing team.
- Multi-state licensed or willing to obtain cross-licensure.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools, telehealth platforms, and digital health.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams like Product and Engineering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong communication skills for a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Carry a clinical caseload of up to 50% providing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management.
- Own the psychiatry service line end-to-end including clinical quality and provider performance.
- Collaborate with therapy and coaching teams for multidisciplinary care.
- Manage Collaborative Practice Agreements and partner with Legal on regulatory frameworks.
- Supervise a team of nurse practitioners and other clinicians.
- Manage psychiatry department budget, staffing, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance clinical workflows and documentation.
- Develop clinical protocols and risk management processes for multi-state telehealth.
