Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in writing marketing copy for DTC nutritional supplement companies.
- Proven results in email revenue, conversion rates, or retention.
- Strong understanding of DSHEA & FTC guidelines for nutritional supplement advertising.
- Experience with SEO copywriting.
- Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Craft persuasive product descriptions and website copy to maximize conversion rates.
- Write short and long-form email campaigns, advertorials, and landing pages to drive sales and retention.
- Maintain transactional content such as confirmation and subscription emails.
- Create upsell, cross-sell, and loyalty campaign content.
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, social media, and UX/UI teams.
- Analyze email and website performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and manage A/B and multivariate tests.
- Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines.
