Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large-scale corporate events for 500+ attendees.
- Deep expertise in managing both in-person and fully remote/hybrid experiences.
- Direct experience managing long-term event project management cycles (budgeting, scoping, execution, wrap-ups).
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-quarter event budgets and global logistics independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence and maturity to collaborate directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), VPs, and external agency heads.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Own the RKO End-to-End: Take full, independent ownership of the Revenue Kick-Off timeline, from early planning and multi-quarter budgeting to global logistics, remote/in-person execution, and post-event lessons learned.
- Master the Details: Obsess over every detail of event production to ensure a seamless, high-energy, and impactful experience for all attendees.
- Support Global Events: Provide execution expertise and support for other critical corporate cadences (QBRs, Townhalls, leadership alignments).
- Drive Autonomy: Manage complex, large-scale event logistics independently.
