- Past experience as a senior individual contributor.
- Strong technical skills for deep technical discussions.
- Experience recruiting and growing a team in high-growth environments.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for software development.
- Experience in payments processing technologies in the Mexican market.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop engineering team members.
- Drive execution and delivery of features and new products.
- Set objectives and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure team happiness, wellbeing, and productivity.
- Coordinate with other engineering and product leads.
- Partner with Product Managers on strategy and tradeoffs.
- Contribute to technical architecture and planning.
- Maintain technical acumen and perform hands-on work when necessary.
- Recruit and interview new hires.
