Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related role for a B2B technology company
- Exceptional written communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information
- Analytical and comfortable pulling data, reviewing metrics, and drawing insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Collaborative by nature with a track record of working effectively across functions
- Intellectually curious with interest in AI and marketing tools
Responsibilities
- Help translate product capabilities and releases into clear, outcome-focused narratives for different audiences
- Create user-facing content - how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials - for new features and workflows
- Develop and maintain a library of educational resources including videos, demos, and written guides for key user groups
- Partner with the broader Marketing team to develop and support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for new feature releases, coordinating timelines and deliverables across teams
- Build sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers
- Contribute to campaign execution across channels, including email, in-app, and content
- Monitor user questions and feedback to identify content gaps and inform messaging priorities
