Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management.
- Ability to discuss design tradeoffs, system architecture, and debugging with engineers.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story pointing, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, develop project plans, and align timelines with customers.
- Identify and resolve technical or procedural dependencies.
- Improve internal productivity through tooling, standardized processes, and documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet safety and reliability standards for heavy industry.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
- Develop relationships with client-side technical leads and plant managers.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.
