Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program.
- Deep, active interest in generative AI and agentic workflows.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools to optimize processes.
- Strong analytical depth and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- High adaptability to fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytical tools.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality work for senior leadership review.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic workflows and AI-driven automation to streamline operations.
- Act as an internal champion for AI adoption across sales, operations, and product teams.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to integrate LLMs into standard operating procedures.
- Support the development of real-time dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and present data for leadership.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures across business functions.
- Track the progress of key strategic initiatives and remove project blockers.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
