Requirements
- Excellent university degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Business Development and lead the operations team.
- Optimize and simplify processes focusing on sales, finance, customer success, and other functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain key operational metrics and reports.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
