Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or similar quantitative majors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience or knowledge in Property Management Software (e.g., MRI or One-Site).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to assigned senior-level managers.
- Collect and review historical income and expense information of apartment buildings.
- Interface with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance and unique characteristics of assets.
- Gather and analyze market information through internal and third-party reports.
- Lead and manage various internal projects.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reports.
- Answer and direct resident calls at the Corporate Level.
- Coordinate travel, hotel, and rental car arrangements.
