Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, building scalable web applications and data-heavy systems
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles with formal team mentorship responsibilities
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in SaaS or platform environments
- Strong technical background in full-stack development, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality user experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team responsible for core data-driven and insight-generating systems
- Define and drive the technical and product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and Design
- Own the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality features across a complex, data-intensive platform
- Participate actively in system design, architecture discussions, and hands-on feature development
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure effective execution through sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
- Drive hiring efforts to scale the engineering team and close capability gaps as the product grows
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, performance, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied across development, testing, and deployment
