Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or similar high-intensity, execution-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows and coordinate distributed teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate clearly in ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail combined with strong execution speed and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and improve operational processes proactively.
- Comfort working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate them into action.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of complex projects across client and internal talent environments.
- Define clear operational briefs, instructions, and processes.
- Manage day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee communication flows across stakeholders.
- Track project performance across quality, throughput, timelines, and financial metrics.
- Identify risks, operational gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Drive continuous process improvement and scale best practices.
