  • High attention to detail combined with strong execution speed and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, optimize, and improve operational processes proactively.
  • Comfort working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and translate them into action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of complex projects across client and internal talent environments.
  • Define clear operational briefs, instructions, and processes.
