Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise physical security systems and infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with physical security platforms such as Genetec, access control, and video management systems
- Solid understanding of network architecture, protocols, and system integration principles
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from design through deployment
- Experience working with vendors, integrators, and cross-functional enterprise teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and delivery orientation
- Project management experience in enterprise-scale or infrastructure-heavy environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise physical security systems.
- Design and optimize integrated security ecosystems including access control, video management, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
- Define and enforce enterprise standards for system design, configuration, and installation.
- Architect and implement scalable physical security solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects aligned with scope, timelines, and organizational priorities.
- Oversee system integration across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Develop repeatable deployment frameworks, playbooks, and documentation.
- Manage vendors and integrators to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
- Partner with IT, networking, and workplace stakeholders for infrastructure readiness.
- Provide advanced technical leadership and Tier 3 support for complex system issues.
