Requirements
- Active life insurance license in at least one U.S. state.
- Strong high-grit sales record in environments like cold calling, door-to-door, or high-volume call centers.
- Ability to demonstrate quota attainment, leaderboard performance, or strong close rates.
- Capacity to quickly complete or transfer carrier appointments, specifically Americo and Mutual of Omaha.
- High accountability and comfort in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and performance feedback.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales documentation.
Responsibilities
- Sell whole life and final expense solutions through a high-volume phone-based sales process.
- Convert qualified paid and internally generated leads at a high rate after training.
- Perform outbound dialing to missed appointments, followed by inbound and warm live-transfer sales.
- Utilize provided scripts, role plays, and coaching tools to consistently improve performance.
- Maintain high activity levels, CRM records, and follow-up discipline.
- Build performance metrics across placed premium, policy count, and close rate.
- Attend daily team meetings at 9:00 AM Eastern.
