Requirements
- Active life insurance license in at least one U.S. state.
- Proven track record in high-volume, high-rejection sales (e.g., door-to-door, cold calling, appointment setting).
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week when needed.
- Willingness to engage in daily coaching, role-playing, and performance feedback.
- Strong CRM and performance discipline.
- Capacity to quickly complete or transfer carrier appointments (specifically Americo and Mutual of Omaha).
- Coachability and commitment to ethical sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Sell whole life and final expense solutions via phone.
- Close qualified paid and internally generated leads.
- Perform outbound dialing for missed appointments during initial ramp.
- Move into inbound and warm live-transfer lead flow after training.
- Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up activities.
- Participate in daily 9:00 AM Eastern team meetings and coaching sessions.
