Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, inside sales, or care coordination.
  • Experience with older adults, family caregivers, or healthcare organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dementia care or healthcare navigation is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain complex information.
  • Proficiency with CRM, EHR, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Ability to work toward performance goals such as conversion and scheduling.
  • Empathetic, caregiver-centered approach.
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners.
  • Respond to inquiries and guide families through Nolia’s services.
  • Assess caregiver and patient needs to determine care pathways.
  • Build trust and provide empathetic support during complex situations.
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Meet goals related to call activity, response times, and program enrollment.
  • Track and manage opportunities within CRM.
  • Collaborate across clinical and operational teams for seamless handoffs.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
