- Make clear, data-driven recommendations on budget allocation and scaling
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and scheduling flows
- Identify drop-off points from Ad click → consult, Consult → booked session, Booked → billable
- Run structured experiments across headlines, messaging, page layouts, UX, CTAs, and form design
- Build a more predictable, testable acquisition system
- Help identify and develop referral and partnership channels
- Support outbound efforts with messaging and lightweight campaigns
- Contribute to content and SEO initiatives tied to caregiver intent
- Reinforce campaign themes across organic and social channels
