  • Experience creating performance-focused paid social creative.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and platform-native creative formats.
  • Experience turning insights and data into creative decisions.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or creative partners.
  • A portfolio demonstrating concept development, messaging, and creative thinking.
  • Ability to explain both the idea behind a creative and the outcome it drove.
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture and active participation in it.

Responsibilities

  • Build Wand's Creative Engine for paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Define stories, emotions, and angles to test for ad campaigns.
  • Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with gamers.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and create frameworks for turning learnings into future wins.
  • Direct the execution of creative work by freelancers, editors, designers, and agency partners.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and inform future creative decisions.
  • Write sharp briefs and provide actionable feedback on creative production.
