- Experience creating performance-focused paid social creative.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and platform-native creative formats.
- Experience turning insights and data into creative decisions.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or creative partners.
- A portfolio demonstrating concept development, messaging, and creative thinking.
- Ability to explain both the idea behind a creative and the outcome it drove.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture and active participation in it.
Responsibilities
- Build Wand's Creative Engine for paid advertising across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Define stories, emotions, and angles to test for ad campaigns.
- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with gamers.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and create frameworks for turning learnings into future wins.
- Direct the execution of creative work by freelancers, editors, designers, and agency partners.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and inform future creative decisions.
- Write sharp briefs and provide actionable feedback on creative production.
