Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate IT systems administration.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred, or Azure AD).
- Ownership of endpoint management (macOS/Windows) in mid-to-large fleets.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and working with REST APIs/JSON.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer AWS accounts including networking, logging, and monitoring.
- Own endpoint management for macOS/Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune).
- Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security workflows and controls.
- Design and maintain automation workflows across Okta, ServiceNow, and other SaaS.
- Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation point and contribute to IT metrics.
