Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 2–3 years in a senior-level role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud and AWS preferred; Azure acceptable
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts; experience with BigQuery or similar technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for large-scale analytics and audience forecasting
- Work across the application stack, focusing primarily on backend data engineering
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with global engineering pods to maintain consistent coding standards
- Mentor and guide engineers and contractors, fostering technical growth
- Partner with product managers and peers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
