Requirements
- PharmD, BS Nursing, or related healthcare degree.
- 5+ years of patient care or operations experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership and project management experience.
- Working knowledge of clinical decision support systems.
- Strong understanding of editorial governance and content integrity standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and documentation.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally in matrixed environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own contractor resource strategy, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Lead and develop the clinical operations team through coaching and performance management.
- Establish and govern processes, SOPs, and editorial style guides.
- Implement QA checkpoints and drive corrective actions for editorial standards.
- Manage intake, triage, and prioritization for innovation and AI-search feedback.
- Drive change management and operational plans for innovation initiatives.
- Act as operational liaison with Content Innovation, Development, and Product Management.
- Track and report on Editorial KPIs such as throughput and quality.
