Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal standardized filing structure for study-related and departmental documents.
  • Create and maintain document tracking forms and spreadsheets.
  • Gather, organize, scan, and ship project documentation.
  • Assist in the review and finalization of the TMF Plan and Index.
  • Perform document quality checks and resolve document queries.
  • Maintain TMF systems by retrieving, filing, and uploading documents.
  • Lead and perform archiving duties for paper and electronic media.
  • Train and mentor new Document Specialists and provide TMF subject matter expertise.
