Responsibilities

  • Coordinate instructor‑led training and electronic learning offerings by maintaining schedules and managing logistics.
  • Administer learning management system (LMS) activities, including course setup, uploads, and record maintenance.
  • Serve as first line support for training inquiries via shared email and calendar.
  • Maintain and update training content and resources on the SharePoint site.
  • Produce reports related to course participation, completion, and training outcomes.
  • Coordinate survey activities including evaluations and trainer feedback.
  • Support engagement through structured 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day training follow‑ups.
