Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

- Ability to manage training logistics and course administration.
- Experience in training coordination, HR, or related administrative roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate instructor‑led training and electronic learning offerings by maintaining schedules and managing logistics.
- Administer learning management system (LMS) activities, including course setup, uploads, and record maintenance.
- Serve as first line support for training inquiries via shared email and calendar.
- Maintain and update training content and resources on the SharePoint site.
- Produce reports related to course participation, completion, and training outcomes.
- Coordinate survey activities including evaluations and trainer feedback.
- Support engagement through structured 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day training follow‑ups.
