Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer data analysis including cohorts, funnels, and A/B test results
  • Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping and onboarding optimization
  • Experience building automations for triggered flows or lifecycle sequences
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple products or brands
  • Advanced use of AI tools for workflow automation and research

Responsibilities

  • Analyse churn patterns across multiple brands
  • Research competitors and benchmark retention
  • Audit the full customer lifecycle and identify drop-off moments
  • Develop and test retention initiatives including CRO, win-back campaigns, and lifecycle flows
  • Build and maintain automations to support retention at scale
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research and iterate on strategies
  • Track the impact of every initiative and report results
