Requirements

  • Proficiency with data analysis including cohort analysis and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimization, or CRO.
  • Experience building automations like triggered flows or lifecycle sequences.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear points of view for stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple products or brands.
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools for automation and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse churn patterns across multiple brands to identify at-risk segments.
  • Research competitors and benchmark retention strategies.
  • Audit the customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term engagement.
  • Develop and execute retention experiments like CRO tests and win-back campaigns.
  • Build and maintain automated retention flows and at-risk alerts.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, generate ideas, and draft copy.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
