Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology/Cyber Security and professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced ability to identify, diagnose and resolve complex security issues.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management, configuration audits, and security monitoring using Tenable or industry solutions.
- Experience with Metasploit and related exploitation tools.
- Experience with application security testing and OWASP threats.
- Familiarity with REST API development using languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of security principles (least-privilege, defense-in-depth, etc.) and regulatory frameworks (ISO 17799, CIS, PCI, etc.).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience leading long client calls.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and optimize Tenable solutions for clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business and security needs to deliver tailored engagements.
- Lead upgrades and migrations to ensure optimized performance.
- Mentor junior consultants and contractors.
- Assess user needs and customer requirements to advance the maturity of Exposure Management programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and product enhancements.
- Support pre- and post-sale business development activities.
- Independently manage client escalations.
