Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales leads through the full cycle from discovery to close.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and accurately articulate Toptal's value proposition.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through research and value-based selling.
  • Collaborate with team members via Zoom and Slack to manage high-volume inquiries.
  • Implement feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Mentor new team members and share best practices after the first year.
  • Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency.
