Requirements

- Proven experience in managing sales funnels and hitting quotas.
- Software or tech-related sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales leads through the full cycle from discovery to close.
- Conduct regular sales calls and accurately articulate Toptal's value proposition.
- Build and maintain client relationships through research and value-based selling.
- Collaborate with team members via Zoom and Slack to manage high-volume inquiries.
- Implement feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Mentor new team members and share best practices after the first year.
- Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency.
