Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, inside sales, outside sales, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
- Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or professional services sales is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales opportunities from qualification through closing.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-focused approach to identifying and solving client challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with ambitious performance goals.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for inbound prospects, from initial discovery conversations through negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, building trust and delivering a positive, customer-centric experience throughout the sales process.
- Conduct sales calls, assess client needs, identify business challenges, and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales funnel.
- Research prospective clients, industries, and market trends to enhance engagement strategies and identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and effective coordination throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries while maintaining high levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance against sales targets and proactively implement strategies to exceed individual and team objectives.
- Contribute to process improvements and share best practices that enhance team efficiency and overall sales effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and mentoring activities for new team members as experience and performance progress.
