Requirements
- Fluent in Python programming.
- Strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, or physics.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and experiment management.
- Experience with pentesting, vulnerability research, or other offensive security work.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to open-source projects in LLM- or security-adjacent repositories.
- Ability to work full-time on the Fellows program for 4 months.
- Demonstrated willingness to perform high-quality technical work.
- Reported CVEs or awarded bug bounties preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 4 months of full-time empirical research.
- Produce a public research output such as a paper submission.
- Engage in direct mentorship from Anthropic researchers.
- Implement research ideas and communicate findings clearly.
- Participate in a project selection and mentor matching process.
