Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a security administrator, backend engineer, field CISO, or in IT services.
- Expertise with modern cloud and on-premise network architectures.
- Knowledge of connectivity mechanisms such as SSH, Reverse SSH, VPN, and PrivateLink.
- Understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Knowledge of security tech: firewalls, IDS, DLP, encryption.
- Familiarity with containerization: Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR.
- Experience with trust center management platforms and security questionnaire automation.
- Communication skills to influence security audiences at all levels.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Java, SQL, Python.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and field sales engineering teams with deep technical knowledge of security operations and platform features.
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to prospect and customer security questionnaires utilizing internal tooling.
- Work with Legal and AppSec to maintain internal libraries for security questionnaires.
- Lead documentation and internal enablement efforts to scale specialist knowledge.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
- Engage directly with prospects and customers on security architecture reviews and compliance discussions.
- Stay up-to-date on latest security technologies and trends.
