Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment
  • Windows Server 2016–2025 management
  • HyperV administration
  • Active Directory and Entra ID setup and migrations
  • Microsoft Azure independent design and administration
  • Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and Exchange Online
  • SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and permissions design
  • VLAN design and inter-VLAN routing
  • Fortinet or Watchguard firewall configuration
  • Patch and vulnerability management including CVE assessment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for all L1 and L2 engineers
  • Design, deploy, and administer on-premises and hybrid server environments
  • Lead Microsoft 365 migrations end-to-end
  • Migrate file servers to SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Design and deploy Microsoft Azure environments
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex switching environments
  • Build and manage Fortinet and Unifi firewall policies
  • Own patch management and vulnerability review
  • Maintain and enforce security standards
  • Communicate directly with Australian clients
