Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment
- Windows Server 2016–2025 management
- HyperV administration
- Active Directory and Entra ID setup and migrations
- Microsoft Azure independent design and administration
- Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and Exchange Online
- SharePoint and OneDrive migrations and permissions design
- VLAN design and inter-VLAN routing
- Fortinet or Watchguard firewall configuration
- Patch and vulnerability management including CVE assessment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior escalation point for all L1 and L2 engineers
- Design, deploy, and administer on-premises and hybrid server environments
- Lead Microsoft 365 migrations end-to-end
- Migrate file servers to SharePoint and OneDrive
- Design and deploy Microsoft Azure environments
- Configure and troubleshoot complex switching environments
- Build and manage Fortinet and Unifi firewall policies
- Own patch management and vulnerability review
- Maintain and enforce security standards
- Communicate directly with Australian clients
