Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Snowflake in enterprise-scale environments.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization.
- Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or Matillion.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of modern data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data architecture.
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and access control models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines.
- Architect and optimize the Snowflake data warehouse, including performance tuning and cost management.
- Develop ELT/ETL pipelines and automation for data ingestion and transformation.
- Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
- Establish governance, lineage, and metadata management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
