Requirements
- 5–6 years of project management experience managing software implementations.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MS Project or equivalent PM tracking software.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Business Information Systems.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and task tracking.
- Drive software implementations within timelines and budget.
- Partner with clients to align system functionality with operational needs.
- Perform hands-on configuration, business analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Manage project risk and develop mitigation plans.
- Act as primary point of contact and deliver client training.
- Coordinate project team members and monitor progress.
- Maintain quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Identify account growth and service expansion opportunities.
