Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Experience leading teams within Financial Crime, AML, compliance, or risk operations
- Track record of creating inclusive, high-performing, and engaged teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions in complex situations
- Comfortable using data, performance insights, and operational metrics
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Financial Crime teams
- Driving operational excellence across anti-money laundering and financial crime processes
- Providing guidance and support on complex investigations, escalations, and high-risk cases
- Building capability through effective performance management, coaching, training, and career development
- Partnering with risk, product, controls, and operational stakeholders
- Monitoring operational performance, service levels, capacity, and demand
- Contributing to a strong risk and control environment
